Late Rally by Warriors Secures Win
Forest City Warriors starter Hsiao-lou Lei turned in a top-notch performance against the Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys at League Park. The result was a win for the Warriors, 2-1. Forest City reliever Guillermo Guerrero was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Yin-zhen Wu took the loss. Forest City is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 6th in 15 games.

Dale Epner was the walk-off hero for Forest City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Warriors third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I like the grit of this ballclub," Epner said.
