It was a fun time at Timber Hawks Ballpark, where the Pawnee ParksNRec and Monongahela Monsters tangled.

The Monongahela Monsters got a stellar performance from pitcher Elliot Rickard, who handcuffed the Pawnee offense en route to a 4-1 win at Timber Hawks Ballpark. Juan Valseca closed it out for his 2nd save.

Rickard, the winner, is now 2-0 after putting the clamps on the Pawnee offense. In 7.1 innings of work, he gave up no earned runs on 1 hit, while collecting 5 Ks.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Rickard said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."

With the loss, Pawnee drops to 5-5.
