The Bakersfield Nobles dealt the Tortolita Drummers a 10-7 loss at Jerome Grounds. Chut-sai Meng was the star on offense. He was 3-4 with a home run and a triple, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4. Bakersfield is now 59-27, 7 games up in the Premier AAA.

In the first inning, Meng had a bases-clearing triple for Bakersfield. It was his 5th triple of the season and put the Nobles on top, 4-0.
