The Starks grabbed a win, 4-2, at Norfolk Field, overcoming a fine effort from Norfolk pitcher Elton Coalan. Coalan went 5 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. Syracuse has a 4-game win streak, while Norfolk has lost 3 in a row.

"Some of the guys in here work hard, some of the guys just kind of fall out of bed and get it done. Whatever works I guess, we won this one," Savinon told the Syracuse News.
