Bullets Hope Win Turns Around Slow Start

The Baltimore Bullets got a good effort from starter Zaki Fakhiri in defeating the Charleston Battery at Charleston Armory. The final score was 7-1. The winning pitcher was Fakhiri, now 1-0. He tossed 5.2 innings of 3-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 4. With the win, Baltimore is 2-3.
Kameron Guangorena, the Baltimore designated hitter, contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to make the score 2-0, Bullets. For the game, Guangorena went 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
