The Turbeaus had to overcome a fine effort from Casper pitcher Kenzaburo Hakui to grab a narrow 2-1 win at Mobile Home Park. Hakui went 8 innings and allowed no earned runs. The win was credited to Stephen McQueen in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Kenzaburo Hakui took the loss. The Ghosts, now 5-9, continue their poor start.

Emílio Vivas took Kenzaburo Hakui deep in the bottom of the seventh. His 2-run home run put the Turbeaus on top, 2-1. In all, Vivas had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 3.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Vivas told the Gulf Coast Observer.
