Riding the 2-hit performance of the 26-year old right fielder Sadiya Seth, the Bakersfield Nobles stopped the Port Royal Disaster, 11-2. Aldo Ottens picked up the win with 6 innings of work. He allowed 2 earned runs on 7 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 8. On the season, he is now 5-2. The Nobles move to 19-9 with the win, while the Disaster drop to 10-18.

The Nobles grabbed the lead in the bottom of the second. With two out, Byron Ballard, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2036 draft, hit a 2-run home run off Neil Young, putting Bakersfield in front, 3-0. For Ballard, it was his 3rd home run of the season.

"We maximized our offense today," said Bakersfield skipper José Gonzáles. "That makes everyone's life easier."
