The Norfolk Pajaritos topped the Sacramento Redlegs by the score of 6-3, with the biggest share of the credit going to center fielder Jorge Rocha. Rocha was 1-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Pajaritos on the day. With the win, Norfolk pushes its record to 4-4.
Had Rocha not come through in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have changed. Instead, with two down, Rocha hit a grand slam. The Pajaritos never looked back after taking the 4-3 lead.
"I felt good up there," said Rocha. "I saw the ball well."
