Fighting Dachsunds Topple Black Mambas as Qi Shines
Ellenburg and Austin got after it at Mamba Park.

Ellenburg designated hitter Sze Qi was a significant contributor in his team's 15-7 triumph over the Austin Black Mambas. He was 4 for 6 with 4 singles. He scored 4 times and drove in 3 for Ellenburg. Cecil Drabek got the win, improving to 9-6. He held the Black Mambas to 2 earned runs on 5 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 5.

Ellenburg relied on the bat of Mike Johnstone to get the win. The first baseman ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Fighting Dachsunds ahead, 4-0. For the game, Johnstone had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.
