Anselmo Berneu batted in 3 runs to lead Toledo to a win over Nova Scotia. The final score was 9-4. Berneu chipped in with 1 single and 1 home run. Toledo reliever Mike Tate picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Isaac Gunner shouldered the loss.

Berneu put Toledo up, 9-2, when he hit a 3-run home run off Nebosja Draskovic in the top of the fifth. His 7th home run of the season helped the Stingers capture the win.

"Feels good to get the job done," Berneu said after the game.

The Leviathan, now 16-14, have lost 4 straight.
