Rocketeers Turn Back Pittsburgh, 6-4
Seattle third baseman Yakamochi Ota was instrumental in his team's 6-4 win over the Pittsburgh Kingfishers. Ota went 3-4 with no runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Rocketeers. Tim Tate got the win, improving to 11-1. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 8 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 3 and walking 1. Wu-ti Xuan was called on to finish, recording his 26th save.

The Rocketeers got a big boost from shortstop Seung-jae Kyong who had a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fourth inning off Kingfishers hurler Zebulon Vermillion. It was his 41st RBI of the season and put Seattle on top, 5-4.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Seattle manager Mau Delgado.

The Rocketeers' win now puts them at 60-39.
