Shredders Get 5-4 Win Versus Baltimore
The Hollywood Shredders scored a 5-4 win versus the Baltimore Bullets at The Hollywood Bowl. Hollywood third baseman Lautaro Lacasa nabbed top player honors in the tight contest. Lloyd Natoff got the win, improving to 1-3. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 6 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 3. Binjimen Victor locked down his 5th save.

With two out in the bottom of the fourth, Takeshi Kovacs had a game-changing hit. The Shredders center fielder slammed a run-scoring single off Zaki Fakhiri, making the score 5-3, Hollywood.

In comments to the Hollywood Times, Lacasa insisted that he's not as disinterested as it often appears. "Haters will hate," he added.

The Bullets fall to 8-13 and continue their uneven start to the 2043 season.
