Jim Forrest Hurt, Out for Year Saturday, August 16th, 2042 Jim Forrest of the Zoomies just might have to call it quits for the season. The 18-year-old Shady Side starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Ballard Beavers recently at Field of the Sunchasers. Forrest suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch. The Zoomies medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 8 months. To date this season Forrest has compiled a 5-3 record with a 3.88 ERA in 9 starts. |
