Ayala on Fire, 5-for-7 Against Capital Hill Tuesday, May 20th, 2042 Román Ayala really did a number on the Capital Hill Interns -- and the Capital Hill did one right back on Ayala's Canucks, taking the Foresters Stadium contest 5-4. Ayala delivered a huge 5-for-7 performance for Moose Jaw, but did not deliver the victory. "I felt real good in the batter's box today," the 19-year-old shortstop said after putting up a game for the ages. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Román Ayala flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, singled in the 9th, tripled in the 12th and struck out in the 14th.
