Otters Ward Lost for Year Tuesday, August 12th, 2042 A blow for Ron Ward today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 6-7 months with a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. Ward suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Tulsa Otters are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Ward's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. For the year Ward has compiled a 3-8 record with a 4.64 ERA. |
