Lou Named Top Reliever for PAA Wednesday, October 8th, 2042 At the age of 23, Li-chi Lou says he still has a lot to learn about life in USPL Double A. But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Springfield Shooters reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2042 USPL Double A Reliever of the Year Award. He fanned 85 betters, while walking 16 and put up a record of 4-1 to go with his 1.12 ERA. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10.
