Thunder Hawks Come up Short of Playoffs Wednesday, September 17th, 2042 The 2042 Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks season won't end with a trip to the postseason. The club has fallen short on its bid to make the playoffs, being formally eliminated from qualifying today. "Disappointing," team owner The owner of the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks told reporters. The Thunder Hawks have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 27 years as a USPL Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2039. In the last 10 seasons, the Thunder Hawks have missed the playoffs 4 times. Ft. Polk South last won the PL AA Championship in 2035. |
