PAA Player of the Week Named Monday, August 25th, 2042 José Salas burst onto the USPL Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie second baseman for Nuevo Mexico garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 23-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .444 (12-for-27) with 1 home run and 6 RBIs last week. To date Salas has chalked up a .275 average with 2 home runs, driven in 22 runs and scored 27 times. |
