Ithaca Mathematically Eliminated from Playoffs Wednesday, August 13th, 2042 The Ithaca Fighting Imps will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2042 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Ithaca was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. The Fighting Imps have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 27 years as a USPL Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 8th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2033. In the last 10 seasons, the Fighting Imps have missed the playoffs 8 times. Ithaca has won the PL AA Championship 5 times in their history. |
