Star of the Week Selected in PAA Monday, August 4th, 2042 Yoshiki Shimizu burst onto the USPL Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie right fielder for Ithaca garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 21-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .414 (12-for-29) with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs last week. For the year Shimizu is batting .331 with 8 home runs, 36 RBIs and 50 runs scored. |
