Robert Shannon Captures SAA Award Monday, August 25th, 2042 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Double A, but last week Robert Shannon of the Lancaster Farmers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Shannon rocked opposing pitching for a .423 average (11-for-26), 2 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. To date this year Shannon is batting .319 with 12 home runs. |
