Hitting Streak Still Alive for MacKinder Tuesday, August 19th, 2042 Virginia Beach center fielder Daniel MacKinder has extended his hitting streak to 25 straight games with a 2-for-6 day. However, the St. Petersburg Thunder took the 12-7 victory over the Whales at Virginia Beach Grounds. "Disappointing," MacKinder said of the outcome.
