Nationals Mathematically Out of Playoffs Monday, August 11th, 2042 Fans of the Ottawa Nationals have long since given up hope of the club making a serious playoff push this season. But now those hopes are officially gone, as the club was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. This is the club's 26th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2016. In total, the Nationals have missed the playoffs 25 times in their 27-year history. |
