Fewings Hits in 20 Straight Games Wednesday, July 16th, 2042 The St. Petersburg Thunder fell to the Toledo Saboteurs in Rapiers Ballpark today, even as 24-year-old center fielder Caspar Fewings upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. Fewings finished with 1 hit in 3 at-bats, but could not stop the Thunder from dropping the 5-0 decision. "Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Fewings. Caspar Fewings struck out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th and singled in the 7th.
