Drabek Earns 3AA's Best Pitcher Honor Tuesday, July 1st, 2042 In June, Cecil Drabek tore through the M3L Double A like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 23 years old. The young Marquette starter posted a 5-0 mark and an ERA of 3.48 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 31 innings he collected 30 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .270 average. To date this season, Drabek has a record of 7 wins and 1 loss and a 3.69 ERA. He has appeared in 10 games and struck out 63 in 63.1 innings. |
