Week's Top Performer Honored by 3AA Monday, July 14th, 2042 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Bob Hill of the Irving Blue Sox reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Hill rocked opposing pitching for a .429 average (9-for-21), 2 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. Hill is hitting .276 this season with 10 home runs, 36 RBIs and 29 runs scored. He has 59 hits in 214 at-bats. |
