SAAA Star of the Week Chosen Monday, July 7th, 2042 Jeff Reed went on a week-long batting spree against USSL Triple A pitchers and hauled in the Player of the Week trophy. The Port Huron right fielder battered the opposition for 10 hits in 24 at-bats, 4 home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 6 runs. He hit .417 and posted a .481 on-base percentage. This season in 51 games, Reed has hit at a .271 clip with 62 hits, 11 home runs, 37 RBIs and 32 runs scored. |
