SAAA Star of the Week Announced Monday, August 18th, 2042 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Triple A, but last week Joël Pesci of the Memphis Redbirds reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Pesci rocked opposing pitching for a .625 average (10-for-16), 2 home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Pesci is batting at a .320 clip with 12 home runs and 54 RBIs. |
