Agramónte Keeps Hit Streak Alive Tuesday, August 12th, 2042 Hartford first baseman Emílio Agramónte keeps on racking up hits every time he plays. His hitting streak now stands at 20 games after collecting 1 hit at Pride Park today. The Pride took the 10-1 victory over the Hialeah Dodos. "I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," Agramónte said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Emílio Agramónte singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th and flied out in the 7th. Agramónte is swinging at a .300 pace on the year with 23 home runs, 53 RBIs and 45 runs scored. He has played in 68 games. |
