Mehoff Wins SAAA Best Player Award Monday, August 4th, 2042 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Triple A, but last week Walke Mehoff of the Florida Men reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Mehoff rocked opposing pitching for a .481 average (13-for-27), 5 home runs and 11 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Mehoff is hitting .370, produced 76 RBIs and 32 home runs, scored 59 times and gotten on base at a .402 rate. |
