Stokes Selected Top Player Monday, August 18th, 2042 The USPL Triple A presented its Player of the Week Award to Forest City Warriors first baseman Lawrence Stokes. "His numbers speak for themselves," a club publicist said. "He's been really seeing the ball well." Indeed, Stokes has. Last week he went 7 for 12, batted .583 with 3 home runs and 5 RBIs. So far this year Stokes is batting .301 with 7 home runs, 21 RBIs and 28 runs scored. |
