Red Pandas Celebrate Wild Card Win Thursday, September 18th, 2042 For the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, it's not how you start, but how you finish. That's the mantra the team is following after today qualifying for the playoffs. "We may be going into the playoffs as a wild card team, but we plan to finish the playoffs as champions," said right fielder Shun Komatsu. "There's no shortage of confidence from guys in our clubhouse." With a record of 58-43, there will of course be teams with better track records in the postseason. But team manager Steve Ward said his club has "infinite optimism" that they can win the franchise's 2nd M3L Triple A championship. |
