He easily handled Knights pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Golden Cranes to a 18-2 triumph at Ballpark of Alloway. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Garza's quip, Knights skipper Jack Clayton said he "would take him up on that next time." Alfredo Garza hit an RBI triple in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
