Super Season, Scruggins Wins Outstanding Hitter Award Friday, October 31st, 2042 Carsello Scruggins of the Panama City Piranhas had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2042. The 28-year-old right fielder put up a .336 average and a .400 on-base percentage, piling up 135 hits, 25 doubles, 4 triples, 21 home runs, 88 RBIs and 75 runs scored. Jur Prokop of the Seattle Rocketeers finished second in voting, while Danny Trautmann of the Pittsburgh Kingfishers finished third. |
