Torrid September Gets Slaybaugh 3L #1 Batter Trophy Wednesday, October 1st, 2042 Hot-hitting first baseman Jason Slaybaugh of the Rocketeers really pounded Menard's Third League pitchers in September, winning the Batter of the Month award. He hit .464 with 7 home runs, 20 RBIs, 17 runs scored and 8 walks to finish with a .532 on-base percentage. In 57 games this season Slaybaugh has compiled a .341 batting average with 71 hits and 18 home runs. He has also scored 45 times and knocked in 53 runs. |
