Great Week for Chicago's Greg Rogers Monday, September 2nd, 2041 So far in his young career, Greg Rogers has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USPL Single A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Chicago Tula left fielder hit at a torrid .500 clip as he collected 7 hits in 14 at-bats, 2 home runs, 2 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Rogers is batting .244 with 13 home runs and 33 RBIs this season. |
