No Late-Season Magic Coming: Caldwell Out of Playoffs Friday, September 5th, 2042 It will be a long offseason for the Caldwell Chiefs organization. The team came close, but have ultimately failed to make this year's playoffs. "Making the playoffs has to be our ultimate goal," said manager Alexander Allen. "We'll use the offseason to see what changes can get us there." Before this season, the Chiefs last missed the playoffs in 2035. In the 22 years they have been a USPL Single A franchise, they have missed the playoffs 14 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 3 times. |
