Martin Top Choice, Wins Outstanding Pitcher Award Thursday, September 25th, 2042 A sparkling 14-3 mark for the year just about says it all -- that's what Edward Martin of the Levittown Blue Dragons put up this season. That's why the USSL Single A rated him the #1 hurler in the league and named him the 2042 Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. He held opposing clubs to a .173 batting average and compiled a 1.56 ERA. Martin stood out with 212 strikeouts while giving up 78 hits and 26 walks in 126.2 innings. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner.
