Higgins Blanks Columbia Saturday, August 23rd, 2042 It wasn't easy but Vincent Higgins made it look that way. Higgins silenced the Columbia River Rats, 8-0, in a Idaho Falls Chukars triumph at Idaho Falls Park today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Higgins said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 2 walks and 3 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
