Bad News for Patriots, Bogdan Injured Saturday, October 11th, 2042 Boston Patriots starting pitcher Nicky Bogdan left yesterday's game against the Hollywood Shredders after suffering a partially torn labrum throwing a pitch. Bogdan was taken to the clubhouse for examination by team doctors. A team spokesman told BNN today Bogdan is expected to miss 7 weeks. In 25 starts this year Bogdan has posted 11 wins while suffering 8 losses. He has pitched 157.1 innings, allowed 131 hits, struck out 152 and has a 3.49 ERA. |
