Kingston Township Knights third baseman Tom Rowland was the difference-maker at Cloverdale Legion Park today, winning player of the game honors as he led his club to victory in a pivotal Game of the Silver League Championship. The Knights took the 4-2 win over the Las Vegas Flamingos to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.

Rowland's nice game included a clutch 2-run home run in the bottom of the first.

"It was a good win," Kingston Township manager Rayzor Ray told BNN reporters after the game. "I told them I was proud of them. These guys are professional ballplayers, they know how to get motivated without my help."
