Encarnación, Bowties Sink Evergreens Again in Game
Buckhead designated hitter Jesús Encarnación was the key at Evergreen Park today, being named player of the game as he powered the Bowties to victory in a critical Game of the Silver League Championship. The Bowties took the 8-5 win over the Portland Evergreens to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.

Buckhead relied on the bat of Juan Barrón to get the win. The shortstop ripped a 2-run triple in the top of the sixth inning to put the Bowties ahead, 5-1. For the game, Barrón had 1 double and 2 triples in 4 at-bats.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Barrón. "And not try to do too much."
