Right-hander Liu-liang Lei mesmerized the Ellesmere Island Snowpeople while leading the Quebec City Baby Blues to a 8-0 victory. Lei went 5.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 1 hit, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 2-2. The 'W' lifts Quebec City's record to 22-17.

Also making an impact was first baseman Luc Leroux, who drilled a double in the top of the second inning for the Baby Blues. For the game, Leroux was 3-4 with 2 doubles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
