Capital Hill had no answer for Bethlehem Angel Kitties hurler Ángel Díaz, who overwhelmed Interns hitters as the Angel Kitties coasted to a 7-1 victory. The winning pitcher was Díaz, now 2-1. He tossed 6 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 9. Bethlehem, at 14-11, sits in third place in the Silver R.
Bethlehem relied on the bat of Cam Nicholson to get the win. The left fielder ripped a run-scoring triple in the top of the first inning to put the Angel Kitties ahead, 2-0. For the game, Nicholson had 1 double and 1 triple in 4 at-bats.
