The Montgomery Biscuits topped the Flint Crush, 4-2, in USSL Rookie action at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. The player of the game was Montgomery pitcher and Lévis, Canada native Qu-bing Li. Stu Sutherland was credited with the save for Montgomery, his 1st of the season. The 7th-place Crush have dropped 5 straight games.

Montgomery grabbed control in the bottom of the sixth. With no one out and the bases loaded, Michael Hawk delivered a run-scoring single, to make it 3-2 in favor of the Biscuits.

"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Montgomery manager António Pineda.
