In a low-scoring tilt between the Moose Jaw Canucks and the Amarillo Warheads, Mark Antrim was the difference-maker. The Moose Jaw left-hander earned player of the game honors in the 2-1 win. The winning pitcher was Antrim, now 2-0. He tossed 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 6. Eisaku Ishikawa got credit for the save for Moose Jaw. It was his 1st of the year.
