Rhinos Fall Short at Long Island
Noah Olinger could take little solace in pitching a good game. The fact is his Redwood Rhinos lost, dropping a 2-1 decision to the Long Island Ducks at Ducks Park. The Ducks own a robust 44-22 mark.

George Samuels had a clutch at-bat with no one out in the bottom of the eighth for the Ducks. Coming up with runners on 1st and 2nd and Long Island trailing 1-0, he hit a 2-run triple.

"It feels good to get this one," Samuels told the Long Island Observer.
