Rhinos Win Thriller, 3-2

The Redwood Rhinos picked up a win at The Zoo, knocking off the Fort Knox Centennial, 3-2. Starting pitcher Chim Luu, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Reliever Tommy Moore picked up the win. His record improves to 1-1. Ed Cameron took the loss. The Rhinos have now won 4 straight.
Derek Leyva had the critical at-bat for Redwood. With one out in the bottom of the tenth inning, he hit a sacrifice fly. It gave Redwood the 3-2 walk-off win.
"Chim was pounding the zone," said Redwood manager Frank Bass.
