Rocky Mountain rode a fine outing from starter Pepe Franco to victory over the South Beach Blaze at The Ballpark on the Beach. The final score was 5-1. The Vibes are now 54-39, while the Blaze fall to 48-45.

The outcome might have been different for Rocky Mountain, had it not been for Rob Fuller, the 22-year old catcher . Fuller stroked a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put Rocky Mountain up, 2-0. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Franco said.
