Portland rode a good effort from starter Jason Poulter to beat the Hollywood Shredders at Evergreen Park. The final score was 6-0. Picking up the save was Seong-hyeon Yi, his 1st. The win takes Portland to 8-5.

The Evergreens grabbed the lead in the bottom of the fourth. With two out, An-te-hai Qing hit a solo home run off Jesús Vidro, putting Portland in front, 2-0. For Qing, it was his 3rd home run of the season.

Poulter attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
